BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
- Value creation and enhancement of amenities of each property
- Revenue enhancement and achievability
- Networking and maintaining a strong business relationship business owners, tenants and other stakeholders
- Implementing the business development strategies targeted for each destination
- Giving leadership to facility enhancement and administration teams of each destination to operate each location efficiently
- Liaising with legal and finance departments of the company
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
