Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supermarket operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and lead store staff, including supervisors and cashiers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and shrinkage control.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & health/safety reguations.

Requirements

• 5 – 10 years experience in supermarket/retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control & store operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
