Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies including, developing the marketing mix and new product introduction strategies of the company Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media including ATL, BTL, Digital, Outdoor and Activations Stay current on market trends and competitive activity Create, execute, and manage dynamic marketing programs and campaigns on a regular basis based on the business goals
Establish and manage a budget for all marketing programs
Coordinate and negotiate with agencies, suppliers and other third parties in order to drive multiple tasks relating to business objectives Develop marketing presentations and pitch materials that will be used both internally and externally to help drive new ideas
Closely work with all internal teams to achieve business results
Ensure brand guidelines and standards are maintained across all marketing communications, menus, packaging, and in-restaurant experiences.
Identify brand positioning opportunities to enhance visibility and relevance in competitive markets.
Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance and future growth strategies for senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
Age between 24-39 years Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or CIM/SLIM qualification. MBA would be an added advantage 2+ Years’ experience in a related position Should be innovative, dynamic and able to work on tight deadlines around the clock where your creativity will be challenged
Should possess strong interpersonal skills and have an analytical mindset
Should be results oriented and have the ability to bring in innovative ideas into business
