• Accurately record relevant customer information

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Passed GCE O/L Examination with Maths and English
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and positive work ethic
• Ability to work responsibly within a structured environment
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
