INTERN INBOUND TOUR OPERATIONS.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Intern to join our Inbound Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing travel itineraries, tour plans & quotations
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers & local vendors
• Prepare travel documents (vouchers, welcome packs, invoices)
• Monitor arrivals and support smooth tour operations
• Assist in guest handling and coordination

Who We Are Looking For

• Undergraduate / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Management
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Foreign languages (German / French / Mandarin) – added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Passion for travel & attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines
