Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage
• Good computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an added advantage (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
