Customer Care Agent – Inbound Call Center

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Call Center Agents to handle inbound customer calls. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people and providing support in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, information, and basic issue resolution

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English with Sinhala or Tamil
