JOB PROFILE

• Social media trend forecasting and developing social media stratgies
• Execution of the social media content strategy
• Generate and update content on a regular basis
• Listen and respond to customer inquiries
• Managing all paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels
• Sharing relevant performance reports to support decision making
• Manage and optimize the social media presence across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engage with the target audience

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge in digital marketing strategy
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn platforms
• Excellent Sinhala and English Content Writing Skills
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Creative mindset with a keen eye For detail and aesthetics
• Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels
