Trainee - Airline Ticketing Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Issue airline tickets using Global Distribution Systems.
• Manage flight reservations, cancellations, and re-bookings.
• Provide clients with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
• Stay updated with airline regulations and policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum G C E O/L qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn airline reservation systems.
• Passion for the travel industry with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Candidates should be from Kelaniya or nearby areas.
