BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB PROFILE

• Value creation and enhancement of amenities of each property
• Revenue enhancement and achievability
• Networking and maintaining a strong business relationship business owners, tenants and other stakeholders
• Implementing the business development strategies targeted for each destination
• Giving leadership to facility enhancement and administration teams of each destination to operate each location efficiently
• Liaising with legal and finance departments of the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
