Coordinator - Inbound Tour Operations

Nations Wide Travels is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and travel-passionate Inbound Tour Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the inbound tourism sector, coordinating travel experiences for international visitors to Sri Lanka while gaining exposure to international clients, travel partners, and global tourism standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound tour arrangements for international travelers visiting Sri Lanka
• Plan and organize itineraries, transportation, accommodation, excursions, and other travel services
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, attractions, and other tourism partners
• Communicate with overseas travel agents and international clients regarding tour arrangements
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, confirmations, and other travel-related documents
• Monitor tour arrangements and ensure services are delivered according to agreed schedules
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to travel-related requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth tour operations
• Manage last-minute changes, special requests, and operational issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel experience

Requirements

• Undergraduate / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Management
• Previous experience in inbound tourism, tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work under deadlines
