Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting motorbike spare parts and accessories, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Basic technical knowledge of motorbike components is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate motorbike parts or accessories
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts or invoices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, new arrivals, and promotions
- Manage inventory on the sales floor and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Support sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum GCE O/L qualification
- Prior experience in retail or auto parts sales is a plus (motorbike-related preferred)
- Basic knowledge of motorbike components and their functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude
