Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and facilitate timely repayments.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective debt recovery.

  • Provide information about banking products and services to customers.

Qualifications

  • Completed G.C.E. O/L Examination.

  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala (English and Tamil is a plus)

  • Good negotiation skills
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Previous working experience in call center is an added advantage
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
