Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.

Negotiate payment arrangements and facilitate timely repayments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective debt recovery.

Provide information about banking products and services to customers.
Qualifications
-
Completed G.C.E. O/L Examination.

Strong communication skills in Sinhala (English and Tamil is a plus)
- Good negotiation skills

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous working experience in call center is an added advantage
