Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greetings and welcoming customers.
  • Helping and guiding customers for their convenience.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships with open & interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods I tools.
  • Generating new loyalty customers towards the organization.
  • Take the extra mile officially to engage customers toward business development.
  • Provide accurate feedback to the management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Male & Female – Age above 18 Years Old.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt I respond to different types of customers.
  • Ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Language proficiency in Sinhala I Tamil ( English is an advantage).
  • Customer service experience is an added advantage.
