Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
Key Responsibilities
- Greetings and welcoming customers.
- Helping and guiding customers for their convenience.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships with open & interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods I tools.
- Generating new loyalty customers towards the organization.
- Take the extra mile officially to engage customers toward business development.
- Provide accurate feedback to the management.
Requirements & Skills
- Male & Female – Age above 18 Years Old.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt I respond to different types of customers.
- Ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Language proficiency in Sinhala I Tamil ( English is an advantage).
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
