Job Summary:

The Tele calling Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and generating leads. They play a crucial role in promoting our company and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in a professional manner.
  • Introduce company products and services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address their concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
  • Follow up with customers and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convince potential customers.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software are advantages.
