Job Summary

The Customer Care Agent is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent service.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Assist customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the database accurately.
  • Provide guidance to customers on using Jobhunt.lk’s platform effectively.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and optimize service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer care or related role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
