We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fuel Station Managern with accounting background to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our station.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
– Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring efficient and safe service delivery.
– Manage fuel inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

2. Staff Supervision:
– Recruit, train, and supervise station staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll in coordination with Upper management/owners

3. Customer Service:
– Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
– Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.

4. Financial Management:
– Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring budget adherence.
– Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, revenue, and expense reports and daily sales.

5. Administrative Coordination:

– Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and employee performance.
– Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure station upkeep and availability of resources.

6. Marketing and Promotion:

– Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
– Collaborate with marketing/owners to execute local marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in management a similar role.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
