JOB PROFILE
- Manage the buying process, including building assortments based on historical and current product performance, analyzing business, and managing inventory flaw
- Identifying key trends in the market world and translating trends to our target customer
- Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling and maximize opportunities to achieve continued growth and profitability
- Manage pricing decisions and setting the retail prices to achieve competitive position
- Inventory management with regular replenishments, consolidations, and timely mark dawns/promotions on the inventory to clear the aged items
- Working closely with multiple stake holders to support the business operation
- Establish strong relationships with vendors/suppliers focusing on vendor management
- Driving the category taking the ownership from the paint of obtaining funds, product selection, ordering, in housing, and aftersales
- Visiting retail locations to generate insights and strategies to improve the overall business performance
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/Fashion designing/merchandising or Supply chain
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
- Analytical skills
- Advance knowledge in MS office
- Creative and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
