We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our air ticketing office. The ideal candidate should be reliable, accurate, and able to handle customer and booking information with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer and booking data into our reservation system
- Verify and update records regularly.
- Assist with generating reports related to bookings and clients.
- Support ticketing and customer service teams with documentation.
Requirements:
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Previous experience in data entry or travel industry preferred.
- Knowledge in air ticketing systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus) is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
