Customer Service Officer (Inbound)

Are you a good communicator looking to start a professional career in the banking or insurance sector?
We’re looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team No Sales. No Targets. Just Service.

Job Role

  • Answer inbound customer calls politely and efficiently

  • Provide accurate information on banking/insurance products & services

  • Assist with basic inquiries, complaints, and service requests

  • Record and update customer details in the system

  • Forward complex issues to relevant departments

Ideal Candidates should have, 

  • Excellent telephone manners & communication skills

  • Fluency in English & Sinhala languages  (Tamil Speaking will be an added advantage)
  • Calm and patient attitude when handling inquiries

  • Passed GCE O/L or GCE A/L qualified (any stream)

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply – full training provided
