Job Role

Answer inbound customer calls politely and efficiently

Provide accurate information on banking/insurance products & services

Assist with basic inquiries, complaints, and service requests

Record and update customer details in the system

Forward complex issues to relevant departments
Ideal Candidates should have,
-
Excellent telephone manners & communication skills
- Fluency in English & Sinhala languages (Tamil Speaking will be an added advantage)

Calm and patient attitude when handling inquiries

Passed GCE O/L or GCE A/L qualified (any stream)

Basic computer literacy
