Job Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service across phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Provide required information to customers

  • Log and escalate unresolved issues

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

  • Good communication & listening skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • No prior experience required

  • School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply
