Job role

  • Assisting coordinators with their daily tasks to help improve workload balance.
  • Manage policy documents, including their transportation and safe handling.
  • Coordinate courier-related activities and ensure timely processing of documents.
  • Follow up with relevant departments on critical processes like surrenders, refunds, and policy revivals.

Requirements 

  • Passed G C E A/L Examination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
