Job role
- Assisting coordinators with their daily tasks to help improve workload balance.
- Manage policy documents, including their transportation and safe handling.
- Coordinate courier-related activities and ensure timely processing of documents.
- Follow up with relevant departments on critical processes like surrenders, refunds, and policy revivals.
Requirements
- Passed G C E A/L Examination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
