Job Role

  • Handle inbound banking-related customer calls

  • Provide information on services, transactions & complaints

  • Ensure excellent call quality and service standards

  • Maintain accurate call records

Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills in two languages – Sinhala & English or Sinhala & Tamil

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Age between 18 – 30

  • School leavers/freshers are welcome
