Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers

• Maintain records of interactions and update customer information

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when needed

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

• Basic computer literacy

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Freshers and school leavers are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
