Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers

Maintain records of interactions and update customer information

Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when needed

Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements

Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

Basic computer literacy

Friendly and professional attitude

Freshers and school leavers are encouraged to apply

Previous experience in customer service is a plus
