  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone.

Requirements:

  • Completion of G C E O/L or A/L examination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
