Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally (International Calls)

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer information

  • Meet performance targets and KPIs

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a must

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Ability to work U.S. hours consistently
