Call Center Agent
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team.
Job Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders and applications
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain customer confidentiality
Requirements
- completion of G.C.E O/L
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Literacy in Office and customer service software
