Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Record and update customer details in the system.

  • Support day-to-day call center operations to meet service standards.

Qualifications

  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L completed (school leavers are encouraged to apply).

  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an advantage).

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling).

  • A pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
