Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record and update customer details in the system.

Support day-to-day call center operations to meet service standards.
Qualifications

G.C.E. O/L or A/L completed (school leavers are encouraged to apply).

Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an advantage).

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling).

A pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
