- Update customer records and maintain accurate notes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Passed G C E O/L Examination.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Fluency English.
- Tamil & Sinhala speaking will be an extra qualification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
