  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate notes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Passed G C E O/L Examination.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency English.
  • Tamil & Sinhala speaking will be an extra qualification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
