Admin Coordinator
We are seeking a smart, well-organized, and presentable individual for a leading business conglomerate in Sri Lanka as Admin Coordinator. This role involves both front desk (receptionist) responsibilities and general administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the front office: greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area

Coordinate daily administrative tasks and office support

Handle appointments, meeting schedules, and internal communication

Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic reporting

Support HR, procurement, and operations teams as needed
Candidate Requirements

G.C.E. A/L qualified

Excellent verbal and written communication in Sinhala & English

Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
