Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a smart, well-organized, and presentable individual for a leading business conglomerate in Sri Lanka as Admin Coordinator. This role involves both front desk (receptionist) responsibilities and general administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office: greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and office support

  • Handle appointments, meeting schedules, and internal communication

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic reporting

  • Support HR, procurement, and operations teams as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • G.C.E. A/L qualified

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Sinhala & English

  • Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
