Call Center Agent (Customer Care) 

A reputable Insurance company committed to delivering exceptional customer service and reliable protection solutions. We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join the Call Center team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with insurance policy information, coverage details, premiums, and basic claims inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

  • Record customer interactions clearly in the system.

  • Follow company guidelines and compliance standards.

  • Meet service quality and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum G C E O/L Examination with passes in English & Mathematics.

  • School Leavers are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil speaking will be an advantage).

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
