Recovery Call centre Agent - Banking Sector

A leading bank in Sri Lanka is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join their Recovery Call Centre Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

  • Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communication and updates.

  • Ensure all recovery activities are handled in line with bank policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala with English or Tamil languages.

  • Ability to handle customers confidently and politely.

  • Previous experience in a call centre or collections role will be an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are welcome.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
