Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements professionally.

Maintain accurate records of all communication and updates.

Ensure all recovery activities are handled in line with bank policies.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Sinhala with English or Tamil languages.

Ability to handle customers confidently and politely.

Previous experience in a call centre or collections role will be an advantage.
