We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic school leavers to join the call center and back-office data entry team of a reputed bank in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email courteously.

Perform data entry and document verification tasks accurately.

Support daily banking operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements

G.C.E. (A/L) qualified (any stream).

Excellent communication skills in Sinhala or Tamil (English an added advantage).

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Age below 25 years.
